| Introducing Leaderboards for kids We've added a new feature to your child's Duolingo experience! Your child will have access to Leaderboards, one of our most fun features that motivates learners to practice every day. |
---|
| | | How Leaderboards work Your child can compete with other Duolingo learners on the Leaderboard by completing lessons and earning points. Learners who participate in Leaderboards are 25% more likely to finish a course! To celebrate their progress, your child can win weekly medals and rewards. |
---|
| | How we're keeping Leaderboards safe for kids Your child's profile will be kept private and anonymous. Other learners won't be able to see your child's name and profile, or follow them from Leaderboards. Your child also won't be able to see other learners' profile photos, or follow other learners from Leaderboards. |
---|
| How we're making Leaderboards optional If you don't want your child to participate in Leaderboards, you can turn off their access to the feature in their profile settings anytime. For more information, view our privacy policy. To report any unusual activity, contact us. | |
