One of the weirdest things about living in Washington, so close to Mount Rainier, is that it is often cloudy/foggy for so many days in a row that you forget its there...and then one day you wake up, drive to the commissary and on the way you turn a corner and BAM! There it is....and all you can say is, 'whoa'

That is the way I feel when I, finally, look up at the night sky and see all those beautiful stars and the moon. God is so amazing!!

When I saw that photo, Abbey, I thought you'd dug up some old photos of Mount Egmont (Taranaki) here in New Zealand! That mountain is so like it. Must be why you love Washington so much...it reminds you of little old NZ!
