ITS GIVE AWAY TIME!!!!

I had SO MUCH FUN "spreading the joy" by giving away something that I love last month ( was it really last month?! It seems like forever ago!) that I've decided to do it again....I guess I got it in a little under the wire considering its the LAST DAY in June, hahaha! But better late than never!

OK, so as you know we recently went on Vacay and I maaaay or may not have put on a little extra "padding" after eating nonstop for a week.  So, this week I've been watching what I eat. Particularly I've been watching myself eat one of my FAVORITE chocolate bars ever.  ( hahaha!! gottcha! I'm upping the exercise..."dieting" is not for me!)  I was so excited when I found it at a local designer grocery store because its definitely hard to find when you don't have the luxury of living in a major city ( *sigh*)

First you need to check out the brand: Vosges Haut Chocolat and let the foody in you marvel at some of their awesome combinations with chocolate ( and I promise I have never had one that I didn't like-no matter how strange the combo!)

And now I will announce my current favorite:

Ah yes, the the sweet and fruity Goji Exotic Candy Bar! It is described as "flavors of the Tibetan goji berry; raspberry, plum and currant undertones emanate from chewy bites embedded in dark milk chocolate. A hint of salt keeps you coming back for more..."

DOES THAT NOT SOUND AMAZING!?!?! Well it IS and I'm giving away a large bar of this chocolaty goodness to one of my lucky commenters that I will randomly select on Monday ( as sort of a Independence Day celebration. hehe)  All YOU have to do is comment on this post before midnight on Sunday with your favorite candy...preferably the kind you only get on special occasions-but really go with your heart on this one...and GOOD LUCK :-)

My fav, fav, fav is a Take 5 bar! Although I do consider a really DARK chocolate bar a treat as well these days!

Is this the same brand that we tasted diferent flavors of at Bible Study that one time?
And, as silly as it may sound, Rolos are my ultimate fave. Pretty much better than any specialty candy I've ever had ;)
Can't wait to see you!

I'll leave a comment if it means the possibility of eating chocolate....or seeing you. Love you! -Deb

I really love Twix, but as far as the special occasion chocolate goes, I would have to say that it is most definitely Toblerone.

Yummmm. I really like their Oaxaca Bar. Until this post I had forgotten that they were based out of Chicago. I'm feeling the need to make a trip downtown coming soon.

I dearly love the Lindt Weinachts Chocolate bar. I have only found it in Germany (but, I'm sure they have it in Switzerland, too, since Lindt is Swiss)at Christmas. Only a possibility once a year.

I'm having a serious craving for the now extinct snifters. Movie candy at its best. I would settle for a jaffa though.

Wow thanks for the chance to win candy! :D I've got a major sweet tooth! My favorite though is kind of on the boring side. Either snickers or skittles, or for the "ultimate" indulgence (for me) dove dark chocolate.

Whitaker's Milk Madagascar. The Lindt's cayenne pepper chocolate is great too!

Pretty much any candy that combines chocolate and mint is my very favorite! And it has to be only on special occassions... otherwise I'd eat WAY too much of it! :)

Lindt Lindor White Chocolate Truffles are a special treat - but for nostalgia it would have to be the Hershey Almond Bar. We used to go to the Saturday matinee at Woodbridge Air Force Base in England (mid 60's) and for 50 cents we'd get to see the movie, get a soda pop, and a Hershey bar! I could really make that candy bar last! Thanks for the memories! Judy.

I guess I came to read on the right day! I definitely like FINNISH chocolate the best, but would be willing to try something new, since you recommend it so highly... lol come to think of it, I dont think I have ever had anything with Goji berry in it.
